Instructions For Use

To Apply
The most important thing is to make sure skin is freshly washed, dry and free from all lotions, powders and oils.  If necessary, custom cut the lifts to fit your exact thigh width.  We recommend the lift reach from inside the thigh to outside the thigh.  The lift should be applied high enough to hide neatly under shorts and skirts, even when sitting.

Crack and peel the backing off of the lower half of the thigh lift.  With the adhesive revealed, place the lower half on your mid thigh.  Beginning in the middle, rub outward both directions several times to insure a firm attachment.  Remove backing from the upper portion and lift straight up, pulling skin gently to desired position. DO NOT TOUCH 2ND HALF OF TAPE TO SKIN UNTIL IT HAS BEEN FULLY LIFTED TO DESIRED POSITION. Attach lift to skin, while keeping in the lifted position.  Smooth firmly from the middle outward several times.  Be sure the lift is attached firmly to the thigh.

Repeat this procedure on the other thigh.

Experiment with the size of the lift and find the fit that is right for you.  If you would like more support, simply leave the thigh lift larger.

TO REMOVE
From the bottom corners, peel up SLOWLY.  Continue to pull upward and away from skin until removed.  Add water and soap under lift's edge to help release in tender areas.

CARE
Lifts are hypoallergenic.  However, if redness occurs, wait a day before resuming use.  If redness persists, discontinue use.  Sunburned skin may be more sensitive.  Wait until your skin is healed before applying lifts.  Keep oils and lotions away from thigh.  For best results, store lifts at room temperature, away from heat, sunlight and moisture.
